Amazon employee here. They put em’ on whatever delivery vehicle that will still meet the promise, so if it’s 1-day they put it on whatever truck will get it there in 1-day. This can go wrong when there’s slowdowns on the delivery side, though. It’s pretty unheard of for the product not to be dispatched on time. Amazon’s warehouses are pretty efficient.
